Amy’s love for fitness, health, and wellbeing has grown for years; from the ground up, literally.
From an early age, Amy enjoyed playing sports and going to the gym with her family as a child. She has spent years exploring her passion for growing plants & vegetables. Amy has learned to incorporate food sourcing as part of her lifestyle; and a tool to help others improve their health and fitness. Amy spent her years at University studying horticulture; and continuing to grow stronger in the gym.

Experiencing this incredible combination of self-care and experiencing both internal and external transformation changed her outlook on health & wellness and has supported her to become who she is today.

Amy began her Crossfit journey in 2010, after the birth of her third child, Amy fell in love with functional fitness by way of her sibling’s CrossFit gym; CrossFit Central.

Amy specializes in functional movement, strength development, body re-composition, improving eating habits, and developing the mindset involved in achieving a healthy lifestyle.
