Victoria Vicente

Growing up Victoria was always active and looking for the next challenge. It all started when she got off the bus from school one day and told her mom she wanted to lose weight. Her mom handed her a Julian Michaels 30 day Shred video… from there it progressed to various sports, fitness bootcamps, 5k races, Crossfit competitions and recently a 50k Trail Ultramarathon race in the mountains of Puerto Vallarta. 

In 2018 Victoria was introduced to Crossfit in college where she was studying Nutritional Science at Texas A&M University. After her first workout she immediately knew she had found what she was looking for: a physical and mental challenge and quickly a community of like minded individuals that were all there to challenge and get a little better each day through fitness. 

“As I was becoming more involved in the community and joining competitions, I knew I wanted to have a greater impact on others. I wanted others to feel what I was feeling, I wanted others to do what seemed impossible to them and start to gain not only confidence but trust in themselves. Trust that they could become the healthiest and strongest version of themselves. 

The moment you tell me that you can’t do something is the moment I will show you how to do it and better than what you thought possible. My mission is to help you break the barriers and limiting beliefs you’ve placed on your body and mind through functional movement and food.”
